    You need to create a offline pack for Microsoft Visual C++ 140 UWP Desktop Conversion Extension and then integrate the pack and the App using DISM.

    Why you want this inside the image? Note, you are always may download WT from GitHub, unpack 2 times and use.
    Moreover WT now is under hard development.

    WT used inside the topic just as a good universal example to demonstrate things and people may try manipulate UWP in different ways, nothing more.
    I'm even don't need this new WT on my machine (for now).

    Check your disk space. I recommend the "BleechBit" opensource for cleaning. Clear browser cache. You can try before that, refresh the page by pressing "shift + F5". If it doesn't work, log out and log in again.
