Did you integrate the KB4592438 update before or after the component removal? Do post the steps followed to know what might have gone.
Can you upload the updated script please. Ugh unpacked zip to start fresh and having same issues again :/ I've also tried reinstalling windows fresh and same issue Also tried c drive I've put WHD updates in x64\10.0.19041 and x64\ to cover bases but still can't detect I'm using en-GB, anyone else having this issue?
