Has anyone ever dealt with "Error 2 System cannot find the file specified." at 100% in a DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth? This error occurs after the scan completes. RestoreHealth stops at 83 or 87% with the same message. I haven't been able to generate an image with a positive result when I add various components, I've spent many hours generating, deleting new builds one at a time... still not sure. I noticed something other than .net 3.5 is adding pending flag. Every time I saw this flag when 3.5 was not toggled resulted in a broken image.With LTSC 2019 17763.1637 So I am not sure. I will keep you posted, but have been trying for 4 days. Fortunately DART tools pass the test when integrated into everything, so that can be marked off the list. Will continue working my way down and testing installs. (This happens even without removal of components, btw.)

Yes this year has been not only tense, it has been boring as f*ck. Even here where normally the establishment doesn't bother. On topic: I remove defender and smartscreen but the store works just fine. I also disable windows update, but the few store apps I leave in the image get updated just fine after deployment. There are no issues, except when my internet provider decides to proxy ms update resources. America Movil aka Telmex, worst internet provider ever. Cheers and a happy new year.
