First off your not installing it correctly...read first post! No bugs of any sort...it works perfect. You didn't use it correctly thus it deleted everything. Second you don't have slic of any kind in your bios thus it will not activate but will install branding. I am repeating myself every 3 or 4 posts. No, not that one because it is still tied to your machine...it doesnt virtualize everything like other apps do and causes problems. Thus why it isnt included on first post.
Means with this project only branding takes place in VirtualBox/VMware, but completely not supported in M$ Virtual PC. Am i correct?
Correct. For VMware you can add modified bios with slic present so in this case it would activate if win vista or win 7 and apply branding. All the modifications can be found here at this site as well for further reading (use the search function, ). I don't know of any mods available for Vbox though...some one else will have to comment on that.
i just copied $oem$ in source folder in pen drive theninstalled win 7 ultimate but its not activating when try to activate it says key invalid for activation if even try then " the software licensing service reported that license evaluation failed
but on old system it result was showing slic v 2.1 but after installation how it changed ? did i made any mistake ? i didn't used any other tool or any thing just copied $oem$ and installed then how 2.1 gone ? thanks
Do me a favor, run the msdm-slic-cert-key from my signature and use that to dump needed xrm-ms file. Also dump your slic version with that tool and post those files so I can look at them. I wonder if Alphawaves tool is reading it correctly or if it is the script. This would tell me. Thanks in advance. Are you using a original iso from M$ or a custom build by someone? Note: You can only change your bios slic version by modding your bios, nothing else can do it.

Ok, we know for sure now you only have slic v2.0 which is for vista only. This is why your activation is failing. You have two options, mod your bios with slic 2.1 which is probably already in the mod section (if you feel comfortable doing it) or you can use windows loader by Daz. Now my question that is bugging me is why did the tool see slic 2.1 earlier? In the script for query tool slv2=Un-Listed so it must read something in order to assign 2.1 value. It reads the txt file dumped by Alphawaves tool. This has me puzzled... Update: I sent a pm to Alphawaves to read these posts to get his input on why his tool would show 2.1 in the txt file for that one pic. We have to wait for his input because this has me puzzled. lol
yes that puzzled how its detected 2.1 even it was detected 2.1 by query toll v7.0 build 3 from that result i posted yesterday on page # 88 post #877 then after i used V7.0 build 4 tool and was same result 2.1 i took 3 or 4 time results from the tool but the result was 2.1 one in all test before new installation its changed after new installation i formatted HDD while new installation so we cant know what happened in that test im still looking for what cause it if i find some thing i will update here thanks for your help update : it was win7 ultimate OEM activated installed on the system before this new install
