A shot in the dark... Could it be that the WIFI card is turned off? If it is onbut not seein the available networks maybe using an external USB WIFI might work....
    Just my 2 cents..

    Stay safe!!!

Is your "New" Laptop a really NEW one or a second hand that was already used? If it is a really new machine back it to the Reseller and claim for a new one!

If you use the Device Manager, what is shown under Network adapters? Please post screenshots about that in a readable format like .png! The pics you posted, could not be read/shown at all!

By the way, to open the Device Manager, right-click on the Start Menu, followed by clicking on Device Manager. For a normal Laptop, there should be at least several entrees showing min. one PCIe Gbe Family Controller, some Wireless Network Adapter, Bluetooth Device, and several WAN Miniport entrees.

You're not posting any real details about that Laptop! You also did not answer my question about being really new or 2. a hand one, or maybe it's a refurbished one? What is the Model No. of this Lenovo Laptop? All technical specs, please!

Did has this Laptop an Ethernet RJ45 connector to connect it to a wired Network?

Please make readable pics from all stickers placed on the bottom of the Laptop Case, and post them!

Without having real technical details, it's very difficult to help!

With a brand new Laptop, which has some Hardware Problems, I would not "play" around, I would send it to exchange and/or claim a new one! That "playing around" isn't suggested on a very new machine, it may just end up in losing the Warranty! Does someone really think that is worth to be doing?
