As I reported here: discussion-nvidia-geforce-experience-and-geforce-driver-updates.72923/page-5#post-1872127 Installed 474.11 on Windows 7 (and did the same on Windows 8.1); and installed 472.12 on Windows 10 LTSC 2019 Version 1809 (the last non DCH version I could find for notebook). It runs fine. My two cents.
Agreed, but only if you do not have a card that does not work with 474.11. My Galax RTX 3060 8GB is such an example. The 474.11 driver is missing the hardware ID of the card in the inf file and it will simply refuse to install with my RTX 3060. In the end I used canonkong's mod with the 475.14 driver (which does contain the needed ID) to install the driver under Windows Server 2008 R2 to use the RTX 3060 : https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...iver-not-working-due-to-the-signature!.87141/
On Windows 10 LTSC 2019 (and Windows Server 2019) you can use the 5xx drivers. I use the 566.14 driver in Windows 10 LTSC 2019 and Windows Server 2019 with my RTX 3060 Ti and RTX 3060 on two seperate systems. Works fine on both. My computers are desktop PCs, however. Not sure about notebooks.
