    Updates are rolled out slowly, not everyone is getting the update at the same time, that's normal.

    That is interesting to hear about. Did you receive the patch for touchpad? One of my touchpads behaves funny at times.

    Not sure here, have no touchpad to test. WU showed nothing so far, i only installed the ones offered by abbodi1406.

    I have been checking the updates at the Control Panel but it is taking a lifetime to come up with anything. The Windows Update check indicator is continuously moving from left to right without coming up with anything. I very anxious to see what is in the touchpad patch for me.

    Yeah!! My update finally gives me 45 important updates to install. There are 43 Microsoft office patches, 1 Windows defender definition update and 1 Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service pack 1. These aren't what I am looking for. :confused:

    The 45-update given is a large size of over 2 GB. Is anybody updating a touch-based system like myself, please?

    What! is was only around 128 megs to download for me. Do'nt know what the differental was so when you say 2 gig's wow.

    Yep, 45 new updates to install. Most of them are just .NET Framework and Security Essentials updates.

    The Update posted few pages back (KB2975719) just showed on my Windows Update page alongside with 28 other updates (15 for Office and 13 for 8.1) but it's as Optional update and not Important? :confused:
