This are the steps if it shouldn't work:

-Copy your certificate (ASUS, Dell...) to C:\
-Disable UAC (If you don't know how to proceed, just google for it.)
-Right-Click on Command Prompt (found at accessories folder) and select 'Run as Administrator'.
-Type slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\yourcertificate.XRM-MS and press enter. Wait for the dialog box indicating the license file was installed successfully.
-Type slmgr.vbs -ipk xxxxxxxxx and press enter.
Wait for the dialog box indicating the key was installed successfully.

yourcertificate= OEM cert you want to apply.
xxxxxxxx Royalty key for your Vista version.

Yes, it's universal. You only need a already present (unusable) SLIC.
It works at 64 bit Vista as well.

    Yes,

you can install Everest or AcpiScope. Both are diagnostic programs. They show you what's about your configuration. AcpiScope is made for Acpi tables especially.

If you find a Acpi table called SLIC, you are usually able to activate Vista.
SoftwareLicenseInternalCode = SLIC. OEM programs it into bios for preactivation of Vista. They sell the PC / Notebook together with a preinstalled license of Vista. This version of Vista (license) asks for SLIC.

But: Some bios programmer have prepared the bios to contain a SLIC, which is shown....AND the SLIC contains either no data, or half of the needed data, or even mixed data. At that cases Vista won't activate.

Your possibilities: Mod your bios, or use Vista loader (softpatch)..
If both won't work or isn't possible, WoW is your solution.

In short: Check for SLIC with AcpiScope, if present the patch will work!

I have reviewed your .ats report and I suspect the checksum for the RSDT table is incorrect. To verify this, install HWDirect and go to "File"---->"New"------>"Memory Dump". Then in the "Physical address" field, enter 7FEF3040. In the "Size" field, enter 10000 and press "DUMP". Click the "Save' toolbar button and save it in the default .log extension and upload it.

I have done the ATS report but im a bit lost from here.
I have uploaded my ats report and im ready for suggestions from some kind person who takes pity on me lol.

I have reviewed your .ats report and it does not contain a SLIC table so most likely, the methods described in this thread will not work. Have you tried Vistaloader 2.0 (not 2.1 or above). This version has been reported to work where other versions of Vistaloader fail.

Thanks a lot for your help, here's the dump you requested. Hope it can give you some more clues to what's wrong.

For problems like this, I usually take a systematic approach so bear with me.

    Lets try this first.
In HWDirect and go to "File"---->"New"------>"Memory Dump". Then in the "Physical address" field, enter 7FEF3049. In the "Size" field, enter 1 and press "Dump". You should get 04. Change this to 35 and press "Write". Now check it with ACPIScope again and see if the RSDT table is visible. If it is, see if the SLIC table is visible. If it is check to see if Vista is activated (you already have applied the correct cert and key right?). I may gotten the hex adddress wrong so we may have to try again
