Is there a Dell certificate, key, and slic 2.5 available that will work together? Does it matter what key I use for the Standard version? Does it matter what certificate I use? Does anyone know if the keys above are for Dell?

I used AndyP's Tool and when I used it with the DELL SLIC 2.5 BIN it does not show 2.5 but 2.0 when checking it with his tool. Very strange. It works with 2.4 SLIC provided by him but not 2.5. edit: It likely works but just does not show it as 2.5 yet.
I know I"m coming in late to the OEM:SLP conversation, but I just acquired a Dell poweredge T320 server. I was wanting to activate 2019 or 2016, (doesn't matter which). After spending hours upon hours on the forums trying to understand SLIC tables, I'm a bit lost. I've used SLIC Toolkit to check the hexcode and do an SLIC dump. I also have downloaded the oemcert & SLIC files that have SLIC folders 2.0-2.5. I was unsure how to apply/install the .BIN files and certificate files included. I've also been researching on how to read the SLIC tables in the bios and possibly mod my T320 bios to allow for SLIC 2.5 for 2019. Is this necessary? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
