I would think so, appears to be the way @GodHand has got around the issue regarding other packages Dart, Dedup etc.
M$ owns GitHub and original author GH hasn't had any problems so far, cross fingers...
also the desktopappinstaller(winget) can be configured to use it's own repository (instead of store) also hosted on GitHub [not available for LTSC users unfortunately, 22000+]

How to remove Microsoft Teams from W11 21H2 Pro?
I did use ./Start-Optimize -populateTemplates command with the SourcePath set correctly but there's no Teams in WindowsApps/SystemApps/Packages/Capabilities Templates.

There is another way that I think might appeal to you.
It is the true follow-up answer to this question from your other thread.
My question to you: Why are you starting with a base LTSC build of 19044.1288?

There is a credible, high integrity method to go from 19041.1 to 19041.1 LTSC (base build) and then update from there to 19044.xxx LTSC using the W10UI methods you share on your other thread.
I need not explain the advantage to you about starting from 19041.1 LTSC.

The additional advantage is you start from a complete 19041.1 base (including the store) to make your 19041.1 LTSC base. You can do an initial debloat (or not) as you prefer (flexibility) when you create your 19041.1 LTSC base.
So your personal base build of 19041.1 LTSC can include all the UWP apps and everything including the store. Your choice.

Back now to this threads topic!
After you apply W10UI to update 19041.1 LTSC base to 19044.xxx LTSC, run that properly updated image through Optimize-Offline following whatever procedure you always do with any other image you process with OO.
Which is a long roundabout way of saying you don't need to mess about re-integrating the store when you have the option (freedom) to retain the store when you make your LTSC 19041.1 base!

I appreciate that this is a mental adjustment, but Microsoft allows for this degree of flexibility and we are only limited by our skills and imagination.

[edit]Late at night when I wrote this post, I made some slightly less-than-professional comments inside this spoiler. I've decided to delete the over-heated sentences. I would love it if the multiple references to my statement could be edited out of any follow-up posts.
If you want to pursue this idea, you are in luck. The post you need is at the bottom of page 76 and the thread is now at page 79. Two and a half pages to read to build confidence!
    Amazing!

There is no way to get LTSC 2021 19041.1 base ISO, UUP Dump does NOT have it.

You need to use the LTSC 2021 en-us_windows_10_iot_enterprise_ltsc_2021_x64_dvd_257ad90f.iso, then update within Windows or use W10UI to update your running Windows online.

Never mind, I see you can make a 19041.1 ISO.

Yes, make it, using concepts and DISM script code developed by whatever127, one of the developers (I believe the original developer) of the foundational code running the backend of the UUP website.
So, in a way, you are getting it from UUP, but it's fresh from the cow rather than the pasteurized 1288 image from the milk factory.

Are you referring to the windows reconstruction thread? I normally don't look there.

"There is no need for mystery. but . . ."]I know some people view this topic as the "work of the Devil" or something.
It's Microsoft technology and Microsoft code and Microsoft methods.
I fail to understand why people get so emotional about it.

    I made the 19041.1 IOT install.wim, updated it with W10UI to 19044.1381.

I replaced the install.wim in the en-us_windows_10_iot_enterprise_ltsc_2021_x64_dvd_257ad90f.iso and rebuilt it with the below command.

    oscdimg -m -o -u2 -udfver102 -bootdata:2#p0,e,bd:\5\boot\etfsboot.com#pEF,e,bd:\5\efi\microsoft\boot\efisys.bin d:\5\ d:\1\Win10IOT_LTSC.iso -l19044.1381

When I use OO, the Windows Store does not integrate but does with the stock IOT ISO.

    Any suggestions?
