My Win 7 install with the multi brand DVD is not activated. Shouldn't this BIOS use the ACER-ACRSYS-2.1.XRM-MS file instead of Viliv-YUTC-2.1.xrm-ms one? I tired to use the OEM ACER key but that still won't make it activated, what key do I use? Thanks

Hey man, I'm not saying you did anything wrong. I'm new to this stuff and was trying to figure it out and I appreciated all your help. I didn't mean for anything I said to be taken the wrong way. I was just wondering how the M285 bios I got from you guys was configured different from the one I got from you, that's all. I'd like to learn how to do it like you guys do, like I said before I think you guys are amazing. Sorry for saying something wrong, not my intentions at all.
Hi 555LE. I see you you have supplied an HYRSLP file and since I am new to BIOS mods and SLIC etc, I am not sure what you are supposed to do with that file. What is that file for and what do you do with it? Thanks for your assistance.
