    Thank you guys, especially Yen for your comments. I'll try Yen's mod first (more experience ;) ) when the Acer-cert is out, so I'll have some weeks before I'll brick the notebook (just kidding).

    It takes me now about 40 minutes to make and verify the mod. I'm beta testing andys Phoenix tool. I have to check EVERYTHING before twice!! I don't want a bricked Notebook!

    Thanks for your understanding. We are working hard to finally provide a mod tool for Phoenix.:D
