    Dear Yen, I managed to recover with Phoenix Crisis Recovery. It took me a couple of days to find and borrow a USB floppy :). Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for your efforts but it seems I will leave the laptop with its original bios for the moment.

    Here is my limited German

    Der modifiziert bios arbeitet dafür schon ist bestätigt worden als Arbeiten. Dann Gebrauch Winflash, in Fenstern aufzuleuchten. ...but wird gewarnt, könnte winflash Ihren Computer stürzen

    I'm so happy!:) Thanks for the update. We are trying a new tool it's still beta, but I still don't know why it bricked.

    just extrat de bios from the installer and upload :cool:
    or make a backup from your bios ...
