    Use the flash tools which are made by ACER for your motherboard.

    EGR-107_SLIC.WPH
    HP_CERT_AND_KEY.exe
    phlash16.exe
    PLEASE READ.txt
    and CRISDISK folder with the following contents;
    BIOS.WPH
    crisboot.bin
    CRISDISK.BAT
    How to Use Bios Recovery Disk.txt
    makeboot.exe
    minidos.sys
    phlash16.exe
    wincris.exe
    wincris.hlp

    I'm completely lost right now =\ I'm sorry for all my stupid questions.

    That is not your bios download link.....I am beginning to think you probably should not flash your bios without help for you are going to brick it.

    Your bios download link is the link directly from Acer of your bios
