Can you clear CMOS and you may have to open your computer and remove the battery or change some jumpers around....consult your manual for this.
Yes I download that file PH1614. and from A:\> I type ph1614 /x /y cc/S10GM600 but receive a help usage PHLASH16 and a lot /** till end /Z I am sure I use PH1614
There is nothing about clear Cmos nor Jumpers in my Notebook Manual. This Manual is a small flashbased howto, nothing about the Mainboard, and how to switch Jumpers. Did you noticed, that we spoke about a damn small Notebook, which can't easely opened and jumpered? Maybe you are able to disassemble and assemble Notebooks.. maybe you are able to set Jumpers without special knowledge about this Notebook.But I can't. So far so good.. HELP IS NEEDED! You may have to get your chip reprogrammed by the manufacturer of your motherboard....if you can't use Phoenix Crisis Disk then you have no other choice.
