I have been away, but my informations are different. The BIOS is RSA encypted at the BIOSimage. When flashed it becomes decrypted by the flasher. On the bios chip it is decrypted. So when decypted with andy's tool it can be modified as usual. To flash it you need a flash tool that flashes a 'normal' bios image. Some HP models have had unencrypted BIOS updates first. Only the newer then became encrypted. Please correct me if I am wrong since I have been away.

Can you please to decrypt the whitelist of Wi-Fi modules - If we can't to mod the bios we can to buy adapter from whitelist! Thanks for the helping!
Had to install via DOS with a bootable USB key (running 64 bit OS), but it flashed and I got past the whitelist issue. Thanks!
