I tried to turn off twice and it always ended badly, it might have something to do with my crazy config. DNS servers just are not shown there, but they are there. When WMI is disabled, some stats get lost. I use Neustar Threat for Windows and cleanbrowsing security for the browser, via browser's dnscrypt. It is easier to remember, definitely better than 192.168.2.1 or whatever that is by default.
Not to hijack this thread, but I've noticed that Slave77 has left the MDL forums! What a loss. Anyone know if he has a github or something similar where he hosts his tools? I was a big supporter and tested most of his tools on my VMs, but now it seems that will not be possible to continue. A real bummer no matter how you look at it
Where are these things? The chat on the front page has nothing and Yen's posts a lot so whatever you are referencing is probably buried under pages and pages of new posts by now. I don't even know what happened because their profile has been nuked.
Guys what is the most up-to-date tool to handle telemetry and spying on 1903/1909? I am comming from 1709 and did everything by hand back then. Do we have a current list of known spyware domains? The one I got is from 2018 and is way way longer than Yen's.
