    type 116 = companion_cd and not Stepup

    what is X04-83396 ?
    - the iso Number (matrix / inner ring)
    - or part Number (it is just the number of the picture on the cd - always useless)

    Note: if you download from MSDN/myVisualStudio or from the VLSC
    the X??-?????.. is always the ISO Number = see Matrix on the inner ring of the CD/DVD
    Microsoft relese tonns off different Part Nr.'s on differet channels for the same ISO Nr
