    I cannot find a download for your bios..provide that in the next few minutes and I will mod the bios. I cannot guarantee tonight if it takes longer to locate download..I a m a bit busy tonight at work..:cool:

    Just One last question, I have now been given the go ahead to do anything I want with the Laptops, both peeps don't want them back....

    You say Flash with the Original F.34 From the HP Site first, What is the reasoning behind this, just a little bit confused, as to why I should not try the modded BIOS...Unless to make sure that the Original BIOS works first?

    Yen, unless I misunderstood you, the file extension is .exe, not .com

    The bios is inside the executable. It is the .COM bios and we have not yet figured the buggers out. It seems similar to Insyde, but not similar enough to do anything with yet..

    Hi guys,

    I have been trying to locate the latest bios for Sony laptop VGN-TZ36GN, none is available on Sony website, does anyone know where can I get it? or know how to dump a bios from the latop?

    The bios dumps people have been doing, do not work very well..There is no platform data in a backup image, no way to flash bios if mod was possible.....
