    freeze....

    When winphlash starts (as administrator) it gives this message

    v Load new bios
    v Analyze old and new BIOS compatibility
    . Read old BIOS
    Save old BIOS to backup file (GREYED)
    > Flash new bios


    and then the whole program freezes, mouse is stuck and I have no
    option but restart the computer.

    What this is telling me is this is not your bios...in fact your bios is the version of which you and I both agreed...

    Unless you find me a link to your bios, we are back to square one and there is nothing by which I can do.

    I completely understand.

    Thanks for the insight, it's all set now, I changed the checksum in the header file so now it works.
