    I´m updating the news.

First i want to apologize if I was not that friendly to sloozer at 2778
It sometimes happens when I´m excited and too much convinced of myself.:)

This (maybe some) Intel bioses with AMI core do 2 bad things:

Using super static the real position of slic in mem SHIFTS forward (here about F0h), proofed with sloozers dumps. To correct, no problem.

    The second bad thing is:

Some code modifies the OEM table ID at RSDT (and probably XSDT) to 915GAG, ALWAYS AND EVEN if edited correctly to e.g. M07 (DELL) before.
The result is that they don´t match anymore with that of SLIC and Vista does NOT ACTIVATE!! (First attempt to make modding impossible???)

It is not a mistake of flashing and trying it is not a mistake of modifying!!

Therefore my mods provided still don´t work

We have to find that code!!!

Thanks again sloozer for trying my ideas. I asked Zhaoliang for support:)

China4Ever means that that code comes from a previously installed activator on MBR. Please check his post how to remove and report

(Thanks to my friend China4Ever :))

Bios is modded with newest methods known. What about reinstall Vista?
Some configurations are "collected" during a fresh install.

It´ll be a lot of work, if you want try a fresh install of Vista first.
If bluescreen disappears you may try a clean xp install, too.

    Hi Yen,

Same bluescreen when booting from Vista DVD. So I cant do a fresh install.
With unmodified BIOS booting is ok.

    Thanks
