Thanks. Also another question. After Setting Base Priority on my apps, I double checked with Process Hacker and it doesn't show any changes in Priority and I/O Priority settings. Does your "utility" and Process Hacker set priorities differently?
Allowed all processes called example "chrome.exe". Same application (chrome.exe) can be located in different folders (portable).
Process Hacker does not look at other configurations (Image File Execution Options > reg), saves your own in the file usernotesdb.xml. Then it will be remembered in future for example "chrome.exe" every time you run it (and Process Hacker is running).
All the apps I set to to high cpu are working except for "explorer.exe" and "mpv.exe". (mpv thats bundled with smplayer) But "smplayer.exe" is working on high cpu.
System processes are by default configured with very specific priorities for good reason and you should never change the system priority defaults unless you're the owner/developer, security researcher or have a very good reason for doing so.
Of what I remember, "FastCopy" set the job priority on its own depending on which mode you choose. If "full speed" isn't selected, low process priority class is set. "mpv.exe" I should try it, when I have time.
If you want to have an uninstaller for that utilities, save as *.reg file and Merge. Set Base Priority Uninstaller Merge: Go: Control Panel ==> Programs and Features ==> Uninstall
