Rather than bloatware, I'm guessing Simplix caters for all and thus includes all the current updates - people will complain if it missed some.
IE11 is in because it's the latest and only one supported on Windows 7 ESU, by MS policy. Older IE versions are abandoned on 7. Platform updates are often necessary or newer software (expecting newer APIs and kernel calls) will not work correctly.
Thanx for your continued work supporting my favorite OS. With that said some of your download mirrors have attachments to the downloaded file. I use Firefox and have the necessary blockers in place to prevent the whatever they want to do. At least one of your links always works without issue so that I thank you for.
On a clean en_windows_7_professional_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_676939.iso simplix doesn't offer the shown updates at all (offline integration). That screenshot doesn't look like it's from simplix? Simplix disables telemetry for all updates it integrates by a script, afaik.
correct; it's a warning from discord chat exporter which depends on certain files and updates in order to be able to start
