I found why KB3042058 can't be intergrated , because it need KB3020369 (which has been removed ) be intergrated first .
Show the log file, when offline integration is used it should be on the host in "c:\windows"\UpdatePack7.log"
KB3020369 has been replaced by KB3177467 in 16.10.16 ，so maybe that's the reason that kb3042058 can't be intergrated . UpdatePack7.log shows kb3042058 intergrated successful after running , but on my computer , dism++ can't find kb3042058 in the intergrated install.wim , same with windows-update .

I think I found the cause, though I cannot understand as to why. Originally, I was trying to update the file while using Windows 10, which should have worked, since I was only updating a file (install.wim) and not update the installed OS. Once I installed Windows 7, I had no problem editing the file. I find this behavior "odd" (strange) since I have never been OS dependent on editing any file (Hell, with a little effort, I can edit Apple files on Windows and Linux). Of course, I have in the past been able to update image.wim files regardless of whatever Windows OS I was using. Why it failed while using Windows 10 with this particular patch is puzzling, but here is my log now. I create Win 7 SP1 AIO's, 8.1 AIO's and 10 AIO's on win 10 But all is ok, as the log shows, all telemetry free updates are onboard.

As expected, all the updates that are not included in this, want to install. It is as simple enough to use the mini update tool found here (https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-update-minitool.64939/ ) to permanently exclude them The 1 odd update though not listed in post #1 or the website was: kb3133977 A quick Google search tells me it may be best to avoid it anyways.
Why should it be mentioned? It's not installed by simplix pack. And when it's installed no boot problems exist, it maybe was a problematic update back in may 2016, it isn't anymore.
