SLIC activates with Vista x86 but not x64

    There is no SLIC for Vista 32 byte only:D

    Yen, I'm thinking that x64 has a much higher threshold as far as how it works with SLIC. x64 expects SLIC to be perfect in order to work, x86 doesn't care as much I guess.

    We were right, there is no x86-only SLIC, just bad checksums. :D
