I would advise against that. Replacing a nicotine addiction with a sugar dependency. Imagine the dentist bill Abstainance is the only way I'm afraid.
One way is with the help of moon!See the date when the next full moon .. then a week before that date raise the dose of cigarette smoke .. every day more and more ..If someone smokes a pack a day increase to two packs until that day when the full moon .. smoke as never before that day when the moon is the brightest ... as long as you don't to puke from them ...then the energy of moon pick up and remove your bad habit for all time..almost : )
how much is that pill cost? i do smoke and i just can't quit. it's very hard to quit, you know. have been tried quitting within a week. need help here. is there any good home remedy that doesn't cost any money?
I smoked one-two packs a day from age 18 to 25. I stopped than this. (before more than 20 years) All just a matter of will.
My mother just stopped smoking about a week ago now (on new years night) and she is using 21mg patches to help her out but she is still getting bad attitudes. She keeps saying how she NEEDS a cig its crazy, I am GLAD I have NEVER smoked a cig in my life. :crystal:
I forgot to say what kind I smoked. Gitanes (without filter) I think it was the world's best. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gitanes
made it 2 months once always said if i make it 2 weeks, im done. after making it 1 month it was much easier to go without...no cravings. The mental urge is still there. And I gave into it. One drag from a cig brand I hate and here it is 5 years later
Yeah especially those wrapped with corn paper (yellow cigarettes without filter) ~2.8 mg nicotine if I remind it right They've made me quite dizzy. But they tasted ugly.
yeah! and we were wondering why our fingers re yellow-ish There were 2 brands in Poland if I remember correctly; "popularne" and "sport" both without filters - those were killers!
Little update here... as of today February 09/2012 - exactly 2 years without smokes! and counting ... Not to mention a heart attack I had back then
