    Acer Aspire 6930G

Just tested the phoenixtool on my Acer Aspire 6930G downloaded latest 3238 bios comes as an exe file (zk2_3238.exe dos) (zk2_3238w.exe windows) run both through the tool and created 2 new exe files.
All i would like to know is do i now just run the exe in dos or windows and thats it. Just seems too easy. Dont want to kill the lappy.

Personally I always think DOS is safer. It should be that simple (but flashing is always risky)!

Hi Andy, I used RC5 on a previously not working Phoenix BIOS (array index out of bounds), Japanese Windows XP. Thanks!
