When comparing the logs, you can see the issue comes from the different SLIC tables chosen. It are the split OEMIDs that have to be replaced (at module B1DA0ADF-4F77-4070-A88E-BFFE1C60529A_0_235.ROM) When choosing Asus SLIC its new module size is exactly the same. At the other log it's 8 bytes too small and hence it won't be reintegrated. I'd stick to the Asus mod. (You can tick 'insert gap if EFI module shrinks' and retry with Dell to check if it works, I am not at home to check it).
Tried with "standard" DELL SLIC Dell[DELL-QA09-NVDA]2.1.BIN FAILED Tried with DELL SLIC Dell[DELL-B10K-ASL]2.1.BIN SUCCESS SLIC: ASUS - DELL SLP: ASUS - DELL Cert: ASUS - DELL Biosmod: ASUS_P8Z68-V-PRO-3304_ASUS-DELL_SLIC-SLP_DYNAMIC.rar (two different mods) mediafire.com/?74n127z5jdp8toz ADD. The "Yen method" (DELL SLIC Dell[DELL-QA09-NVDA]2.1.BIN + 'Insert gap if EFI module shrinks' option) doesn't works, same error
Could you please put online this SLIC? There is only one in Phoenix tool. I suppose SLP is the same, right?
Would like to report success modding APTIO UEFI BIOS on Biostar TA990FXE and Jetway NF81 Series AMD chipset motherboards using module method. works without issue!
Dear akcent. Bios E7788IMS.160 is H61M-P20 bios and you said it has MSI SLIC; but SLIC TOOL 3.2 says no SLIC found. Bios E7781IMS.160 to my knowledge is not H61M-P20 bios. Thanks for your effort. Regards Manu
