You should not use that version. That was specifically for me to debug a problem. Please use the latest available on the first page.

You seem to forget. I for some reasons was not able to downlaod any link with .myftp. Mediafire, rapid share, drop box no problem. You uploaded pheniixtool for me a couple of pages back, I could not download that either.

I am trying to insert a XP SLP as well as a Win 7 SLIC 2.1 into an HP Insyder BIOS.
The Award and AMI tools have a place to insert the SLP. The Phoenix SLIC Mod 1.30 does not.
Does anyone know of a way to add or change a SLP to a Insyder SLIC2.0 BIOS?

Windows 7 activates fine with the stock SLIC 2.0 BIOS as the HP notebook came with a Win 7 upgrade disk, but I would like to
use my OEM XP MCE CD to install XP since I HATE windoze 7.
As far as I can tell there is no SLA OEMBIOS string in the factory BIOS.

    Any help appreciated.

It is difficult to automate. You can use the manual options to allow manual editing of the appropriate module. Ask Yen how, I can't remember, sorry.

Tried to use the latest tool for this bios and it says it is not "Phoenix/Dell/Insyde/EFI BIOS"
yet is is InsydeSoftware-IC.M1.02.rom and is for an HP Pavillion ZT1100 series laptop. Any other util
for this one ? Or can I send the bios to someone. Perhaps the tool does not recognize the Insyde
header properly ? It is definately an Insyde bios.

How old is the BIOS. The tool only does Insyde EFI BIOSes? Post a link and I will look.
