Hi, i used this driver on a ASUS X570-E and when i am on YT in switch 5sekonds with the arrow keys the sound crackle. I used chrome.
6.0.8882.1 FF00 update and FF01 without ISST has been released: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...h-definition-audio.72236/page-52#post-1575015
@MoKiChU I'm using an Asus X570 TUF mobo and installed the latest Realtek UAD DTS 6.0.8895.1 WHQL. Do any of the third party apps allow for sound enhancement and eq like the old style driver? The original driver that came with the mobo had the eq and sound enhancement boost in the realtek audio console app but after updating to the latest it seems to have disappeared. Could you help point me in the right direction to get them back or use a third party app to fill in the void? If a third party app should be used, how can I go about installing them?
From last 2 driver updates, Realtek Generic FF00 drivers not installing tray icon and no shortcut in control panel. I am putting startup entry for tray icon "RtkNGUI64.exe -s" and running "RAVCpl64.exe" to insert a shortcut in control panel. Is the problem same with everyone ? My board is Gigabyte AB-350M
Hi, You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS PRIME-TUF DTS) from my latest update post. You will also find in the same place your apps (Realtek Audio Console/Control & DTS Custom) that work with this drivers package.
Ran DDU and it created restore point. First i uninstalled realtek through DDU. Restarted and again ran DDU because windows installed realtek driver from its archive automatic. Uninstalled windows driver through DDU, chose windows not to install driver automatic and restarted. But even then windows installed its realtek driver while shutting down (i could hear sound from speakers while shutting down like a pin is connected ). Windows 10 not listening to customer as always lol. After reboot i went to device manager and uninstalled both AMD audio device and Realtek audio device and deleted devices. Still windows installed its driver automatically before shutting down. This time i was mad and just installed latest HDA driver after reboot. The good thing is the fresh installation kept the tray icon and also a link in control panel now. When i overwritten previous driver, the installer used to keep tray icon but immediately it disappears and never came back after reboot and no control panel link.
Hi everyone, @ All those who share all my drivers packages elsewhere : Please put a link to my update post instead of leech my links/packages. Keep ignoring this simple respect rule, and you will have nothing more to leech.
I disable driver updates thru WUMT (windows update minitool) and before I install any realtek audio driver, I cut off all my internet connections (or set all of them to "metered") so Win10 does not insist on installing its version of the realtek audio driver. after I install the driver version that I want, then I enable my internet connections. what Win10 version are you using, chillgates? (1909 build 18363.x perhaps?) I'm running Win10 education edition version 2004 (build 19041.84) and this should be the Realtek audio tray icon loading at startup as shown in this pic (currently using my custom built PC with the GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 gigabyte board) edit - whenever I want to install new HDA driver version, I always uninstall existing version before installing a new version
Yes win 10 pro 1909 b18363 updated till 2 days back. I dont stop win updates. Though i cut off internet and disable auto install devices and deleted drivers and devices in device manager, windows installing back its realtek driver immediately. But it is allowing new Realtek HDA driver to be installed over it. Only problem is tray icon and shortcut in CP not showing. As i said the result of messing with different 3rd party drivers, tray-icon and control panel links gone. A clean uninstall of driver and re-install worked as i said in previous post. I know i should not mess with happy running pc. But you know i want to test some crap suddenly and mess myself like a tester. lol. I am single hand user of the pc and no one touch it. Mainly used for surfing, a little gaming and movies watching. I guess i don't need enterprise.
Thanks very much once again MoKiChU, for your helpful and regular ASUS Relaltek + SS3 driver updates. I always look forward to them, but I'm also very impressed with this x.x95 version which sounds brighter and has better bass than the x.x92 version did. It shows that integrated sound-cards (in the motherboard) can be tweaked to get good results that are actually pleasant to listen to!
Spoiler: Apps After Installing from the "UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS" my Audio appears as "Realtek High Definition Audio", not as "Realtek (R)" & the Realtek Console won't work. What's wrong happened? So as known, I've the ROG Crosshair VI Extreme with AMD X370
Hi, The drivers package you used is not for your motherboard. I already told you 2 times what you need, here and here. You need ROG SS3 and not ROG SS3-DTS.
