    Thanks to you both...I figured as much. I've had the HDA FF06 8821 drivers installed for quite some time now. I was curious if I didn't need the MAXXAudio feature that I could install UAD and reduce some running processes (memory usage, etc.). Looks like I'm stuck. Thanks for confirming.

    Hi,

    Whether with your new ROG MAXIMUS XI CODE (Z390) motherboard or your old ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (Z370) motherboard :

    You need Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3) from my latest update post.

    Hi,

    another Noob question, sorry ;-)

    Just installed my new ASUS ROG STRIX X 570-E GAMING. Original drivers did not have the Realtek Control Panel. Only SS3 and the Windows built-in (?) Realtek Audio Console with rather bad functionality so I installed these.

    Now I have the Realtek Control Panel but SS3 and that ugly Windows App is not working anymore (RPC service connect timeout). Did I forget something? Strange thing is that also my subwoofer only works in the test dialog but not when playing audio but this seems to be some configuration issue.

    What I want is some useful interface to configure a room correction and a virtual 5.1->7.1 setup and ideally also the DTS option. I'm somewhat sure that this MB offers support for that but I never saw it in my ASUS tool :-(

    gracias por adelantado.
    [QUOTE = "Bladeslap, publicación: 1572545, miembro: 550140"] ¡Gracias https://forums.mydigitallife.net/members/mokichu.518153/ :) :) !!

    V6.0.8871.1 Controladores de audio Realtek HD (UAD - ASUS PRIME-TUF DTS) + aplicación de control de audio Realtek, instalada con éxito en Asus Prime Edition 30 ... intentó localizar la versión posterior V6.0.8882.1 pero puede ¿No has estado buscando en la ubicación correcta?

    Muchas gracias por sus esfuerzos, muy apreciados ... [/ CITA]

    Done. All went well. Thank you.

    Unfortunately, it seems that the settings regarding room correction still don't have any effect. The difference between -10dB and +10dB is usually quite extreme but I don't hear a difference. I also have a good sub and the DTS trailer usually shake the room. Quite nothing with this new mobo :-(

    Does anyone have some ideas where to look at?

    Edit: Is it possible that the 3rd party stuff was not correctly installed? I installed control center, SS3 and DTS app via store. DTS app has no license.
    Edit 2: Realtek Audio Console does not seem to store the speaker config. Set to 5.1 - close - reopen -> back to stereo :-(
