Where I live there is lottery with a jackpot with around 15 Millions bucks when it takes a long time to get it...(it grows every time if nobody wins...it actually happens 2 times per year). You can get it for 5 bucks and much much luck. So it would be possible in theory.lol. Unfortunately I don't play lottery. I played roulette in a casino when I was 22, and won 720 bucks. It's very addictive. I better stay away. I like the slogan: "The one who tries to make money with lottery has lost already, except you are the owner of the lottery company." Nobody can afford what he really likes. But an Audi TT should be possible for me. Have to save money 3 more years...then...probably... And yes. I had the chance to have a look inside of an R8. Just 10 kilometers away where I live there is a seller who has one, it looks like a cockpit of a spaceship. Do you know the movie I-Robot? Will Smith's car has the same designs...
I think I can handle that ... but even if I don't - don't really care - it would be a most honourable death for me ...meaning I can still have the F50 GT1 instead of the 'petty' M3 I m not onto lottery either. No particular reason why... I would really love to have the chance to work in the automotive division one day. Opens more opportunities for test drives That's quite an impressive car ownage history there. Apart from the Audi's I can see some sympathy towards VW. Love the R32 as well (who doesn't!). Regarding the 'home pleasure', I can't tell what the racing sim is - but I can certainly recommend this (if you haven't tried it already)... Not really a Brabus fan, but I can respect that I think AMG has showed some more impressive work on Mercs over the years. I also think that this is waaaaaayyy faster than the Gremlin; so some extra caution needs to be taken at first
It's not that bad it's one to ~140 Mio only lol.. Your dream car is a VW Käfer = beetle? The original old one or the re-released new beetle? The original old one was revolutionary. VW = Volkswagen = Car for the peoples. Goal of VW was to build a car which can be paid by everyone. So I guess everybody who is already old enough (born in the 40s) has had one. (My dad hadn't one) But my classmate had one (really old one pink color, lol). To drive with it was always adventurous. It needed a lot of petrol compared to its performance and sometimes things like the wiper suddenly stopped to work. But we had a great time when driving to a discotheque with it. The girls were impressed, even though it's no expensive sports car. These days you hardly see one driving on the streets anymore
Let us not forget alphawaves too! His' in tip-top condition as well (although I don't fancy that colour...)
In the UK they would, yes Where I live, Opel is not at all associated with chavs. The VXR is known as OPC, which has been very successful. It's quite often you see Astra & Corsa OPC's. Quite fast and good value for money I guess (haven't had the chance to drive one ... yet). I think the Corsa pulls out 192HP from a 1.6lt T and the Astra a respectable 240HP from a 2.0lt T engine. Only downside I can recollect is some torque-steering - which is expected IMO from a high-powered FWD car... Indeed ... thanks for the reminder
We can rule out privacy i.e. you can always blur the number plates & crop anything in the background that could give you away
I have got pictures of my car but i cant even upload them because of the 20 posts thing Oh well, guess ill be back after 20 posts. Ill try to get them today. And like you were saying x86, i think its an excellent car for the money it costs, i mean im only 19 so my insurance is quite expensive aswell and everytime i drive it i have the fear of wrapping it around a lamp post at anytime, but i try to drive carefully.
An Astra VXR as your first car That's a great start to your motoring 'career' Certainly more impressive than my first car
Haha, Having a VXR as my first car does have its downsides. its a 2.0 litre VXR and it costs someone like me alot of money to fuel it up, half of my wage from my job goes straight there.
Does it do 18-20mpg (under normal driving conditions...) If yes, that's not too bad; my pug does 23mpg at best
I suppose it does 18 - 20mpg but its hard not to put my foot down on certain roads, so it doesn't always do that much.. even at 18 - 20mpg its hard for me to pay for it, im on a part time job earning a pathetic wage. im thinking of getting rid of it though, just buying a smaller car, build up my no claims bonus and then go for something better. Which pug are you driving?
So true This one. And yes, people everywhere do think this is a chav's car. Still ... couldn't care less
