How you integrate the update after download ?
With DISM or with an other tools with GUI ?

however, this was about two or three days after the iso released, so something could have changed

 

Simplix pack is a mirror to Windows Update (provide what WU offer)

this provide pretty much every released update after SP1, most of them are requestable hotfixes
regardless of what WU offer

 

The error message came up about 2/3 through the downloads and I canceled it. I then deleted what it downloaded and ran it again. The error message came up again but I did not click on anything as I saw it still downloading in the background. It downloaded all 598 updates that were listed when I started.

 

The Office2010-x86.wh (2015/01/12) is not downloading to UpdateLists folder... When attempted, it CLOSED WHDownloader v0.1.1

Thanks, that worked... However the 1st attempt after DELETING all .wh list only downloaded Windows 7 & 8.1 .wh list... I DELETED these, and 2nd attempt downloaded ALL .wh list properly... WEIRD!

 

In WHD Repo for Windows 7 SP1, under Hotfix category theres a .msu update file windows6.1-kb2967567-x86.msu which inturn inside contains an another .msu update file with the same name

When trying to install the windows6.1-kb2967567-x86.msu it gives an error "Installer encountered and error, Data of this type not supported"

Also, when trying to integrate the Hotfixes category updates for Windows 7 Pro VL, using a batch file it gives the error "The specified package is not applicable to this image" twice but don't know for which packages its giving the error.

 

The file is normal here
i just delete it and re-download it through WHD and also got correct normal file

could be just a bad download

KB2519946 and KB2780124 are applicable only for Ultimate/Enterprise
although they can be successfully integrated into other editions (staged), but i guess Pro VL cann't be upgraded so it cann't stage the packages

 

For Windows8.1-Update3 Profile:

Q1: What is the update(s) on boot.wim (index: ?) and winRe.wim?
Q2: Is 2974735 for install on boot.wim (index: ?) or on winRe.wim?

A1: You currently don't need any (maybe only december rollup KB3013769)
A2: It's applicable for all, but as described in KB article, only boot.wim/2 needs it

if you are using latest MSDN iso, only KB2974735 is needed for boot/winre

Why WHDownloader for Windows 8.1 Update 3 show lots of updates (General, Hotfix, Security) which are lots of them released before Update 3.
Does these updates which WHDownloader show for Windows 8.1 Update 3 are included in Update 3 iso?

Because Update 3 does not include those updates, simple as that.
