It seems people get now that IE is the most insecure browser. Anyway google chrome is too minimalist I prefer FF
Firefox was perfect at 8.0.1, fast and smooth and pheature rich. Now at 9.0 it often stalls in work. Yet someone else observes it?
You can also try Waterfox browser version 8.0.1 and now the latest is 9.0. Waterfox browser is a high performance browser based on the Mozilla Firefox source code. Made specifically for 64-Bit systems
Firefox for me since version 2.0 I have tried opera and did use Maxthon for a while but IE not in my list even on my older computers running XP IE is not even installed I totally disable it through Winnt.sif file
I'd have to say Firefox with all it's plug-ins. I use Comodo Dragon as second browser. It's a Chromium build which also supports a good deal of plug-ins now.
the only reason Internet Explorer 9 was so high is because it comes as crapware on HP,dell, toshiba, sony vaio, asus, with windows 7,as we all know, the first time owner/user of a PC will think that IE will be their only gateway to the internet, hence, the name,"internet explorer" on their brand new PC/laptop,they think, well,it says "internet",i might as well use it
Opera is very secure, highly configurable, and very powerful. Built-in mail, news, RSS, notes and synchronization. It has problems with some sites, though, and my biggest peeve is its lack of rich text copying. I give it a 90%. Chrome is my next choice. BW, p.
Honestly, I use Firefox simply because I can put a good amount of addons on it and I can customize the theme.
