Likely not, KB4090007 is just the microcode update I think. Might be an issue if it's an AMD system though, not 100% sure.

This is considered as homebrew and against the forum rules.

I used W10UI with Cleanup and Reset Base enabled. But it works just as well without Reset Base enabled, it just is quicker and I never use the Reset PC option anyways.

I tested it but not on a VMware. Just a regular PC install.

Edit: Try using the ESD To ISO converter.

Links to ESD's found here, then integrate the four updates.

Just keep the version/versions of Windows you need in the ISO.

I don't have such an options (bolded red). In W10UI?
I have original rtm iso files (16299.15 en-us) Are they good?

are you sure you used W10UI tool by @abbodi1406 to integrate the updates ? the last version is W10UI v4.4 => https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-105#post-1216064
when i think about it, yes the the problem may be due to bad and corrupted iso, so here's what you are going to do, install win10 on VM from the original iso 16299.15 en-us (the one that you used to integrate updates) and see if the same problem occurs, if it's the case so that means that you will have to get another iso to get the updates integrated.
To be clear, use the original iso (without integrated updates) and install win10 on VM.

Yes, could be a corrupt ISO. Had that happen to me once. Download the 16299.15 ISO again or make one from the Consumer ESD file with the ESD To ISO converter.

Not a pro.:( Hope I could have an option for disliking such posts.:(
Edit: Well, seams they're actually right?
    For example, KB4094276's browsersettingsync.dll is 10.0.16299.332, while browsersettingsync.dll in KB4089848 is 10.0.16299.334.

This is not something new. As far as I know, dynamic updates are not available on MSU catalog for a while.
