Not sure if to post this question in this thread, or in LTSB thread, or in WHDownloader thread, so sorry in advance :)

On a clean Enterprise LTSB 2016 install, which updates to download for offline integration/installation?

Do you put the Flash Update in its own folder, extract it and point W10UI to the folder the flash update is in to integrate it?

All updates need to be in the same folder (when not next to the script), the script will extract the cab from the msu by itself.

Yes, the same goes for the dotnet472 update.

If I'm integrating the updates into the 1607 LTSB extracted ISO do I 'Enable .Net 3.5' in W10UI?

If you want dotnet35 pre-enabled, yes.

Been using 1803 but I've read that there are advantages to using 1607 so I might give it a shot. Do I need to disable Windows Updates and just integrate new updates offline with W10UI?

IMHO, using W10UI is much more reliable than using WU... Many of the W10 CU's in the past have had ISSUES and failed to install using WU...

Both methods rely on properly working kb's and there was only one bad one for 10240.and one for 15063 iirc.
