    For those who use W10UI,

I already have the latest service stack installed from last month, do i need to keep it on the same folder as the KB4480116 update that came out today or can i just install it without all the other files alongside with it (ssu, flash, etc)?

When the SSU is already installed/integrated, there is no need to re-install/integrate it, so, no need to have it in the folder too.

I did a clean Windows install with the latest updates integrated with W10UI, getting all kinds of BSODs, when trying to install, in Windows when it finally does install.

I'm going back to the previous CU and disabling Windows Update.

Edit: Going back to the previous CU fixed my BSOD problems.

I created a new Windows 10 .iso using the program called UUP dump downloader 1.1.0-Beta 2. It gives me all the files in a folder(UUP's) as well as made me a new .iso named 17763.253.190101-1747.RS5_RELEASE_SVC_PROD1_CLIENTMULTI_UUP_x64FRE_EN-US. It is 4.36GB. My simple question is...If I clean install with this will the machine I install it on now be the up to date build 253 or do I have to integrate some cab files into the .wim yet? I'm not sure on this part still after reading a lot of stuff on here and there are so many posts. Thanks in advance.

You would still need Flash Player update and .NET Cumulative update
those are not distributed with UUP

    I integrated these updates:

    Windows10.0-KB4465065-x64_PSFX_MC.cab
    Windows10.0-KB4469344-x64_DU_DISM.cab
    Windows10.0-KB4469348-x64_DU_ISO.cab
    Windows10.0-KB4470788-x64_SSU_164.cab
    Windows10.0-KB4480056-x64_NETFX.cab
    Windows10.0-KB4480116-x64_PSFX_CU_253.cab
    Windows10.0-KB4480979-x64_Flash_Jan.cab

With W10UI_5.8 and I noticed that the latest CU were re-installed on a fresh installation. I mean if I click to "Check for updates" in WU on a clean installation there will be found the latest CU and installed again.
May be it needs some fix in W10UI? I remember there was similar problem somewhere between W10UI 5.6 - 5.8 where the latest CU were installing again on a fresh intallation due to some Net Framework 3.5 integration problem.

@Enthousiast, @abbodi1406 could you confirm this behavior?

    Windows10.0-KB4465065-x64_PSFX_MC.cab = Microcode
Windows10.0-KB4469344-x64_DU_DISM.cab = Superseded by the CU at time of release
    Windows10.0-KB4469348-x64_DU_ISO.cab = Not needed, optional
    Windows10.0-KB4470788-x64_SSU_164.cab = SSU
    Windows10.0-KB4480056-x64_NETFX.cab = Dotnet CU
    Windows10.0-KB4480116-x64_PSFX_CU_253.cab = CU
    Windows10.0-KB4480979-x64_Flash_Jan.cab = Flash

WU should only re-offer the CU when you enabled a windows feature or language feature after integrating the updates.

Can you show the W10UI progress, like i did here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-362#post-1495843 ?

I just changed swap file size, then did a reboot and clicked to "check for updates" in WU, there was the January CU. So I didn't do anything with the features or language things.
Making the W10UI progress now, give me please 30 mins and I'll show you the log.
