    Damn..., still no word on Windows 1903 NTOSKRNL.DLL + NVidia drivers DPC latency spikes.

    I ran LatMon while having Chrome open in Twitch.tv. There were some latency jumps but I'm pretty sure that's normal behaviour for any program that accessing the video drivers like watching videos etc.

    I don't feel it's anything to be concerned about and I game etc. with Twitch open and watching live video and I've never had any game lag or anything on my 9900k and 1080 Ti.

    I am not going thru that hoop every time there are new dotnetcu updates, even MSFT now published them separately for both occasions.

    If you are on 1903, there is just one, 1903 contains dotnetfx48 natively.
