By chance did they fix the component/resetbase cleanup up problems? have not had the chance to run any tests.

Cortana was maxing out one cpu core after installing kb4512941 and search didn't work either. Win+s menu would be a blank acrylic panel instead. I used system restore to revert to .295 and everything is fine again.

had same problem, deleting the entire key of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search solves the issue
same problem (with same solution) may happen with .10012 and up of 19H2

No, EnteroriseS and Server don't get .NET 4.8 via WU, must be installed manually

Now is there an official August refresh ISO for 17763.678? Or am I still better off going with 17763.1 + the current SSU/CU/Flash/Dotnet(CU) via W10UI for online/offline updates integration?

If you want your install.wim to remain under 4GB of size for UEFI boot usb use the refresh iso or a sysprep iso, if this is not important to you integrate your own updates.

There is already a new CU for 17763 (17763.720), so i would create an uptodate iso myself, instead of using the refresh iso (17763.678).

It's still RP ring, not on non insider WU and not on catalog either, 18362.295 still is RETAIL release ring.

Yes, a new SSU and LCU, both in RP, .325. But i'm no beta tester cannon fodder, so I am waiting for retail ring.

edit: tempted by the kernel latency fix...
