is this because 1909 is not out yet? should I revert?

That will probably be fixed by MSFT serverside.

 

ill let it stand for now and only revert if not fixed. Everything else seem great thus far.

 

Out for the night, this is giving me a headache

 

kb4517245 is a feature state enablement (like mach2.exe)
i don't know if there is anything physical i could detect it

see how WinPE images didn't got bumped to 18363, even with kb4517245

that's how DU treated, merely extracted as-is
fixing...

 

KB4517245 Update > Does Not Accept

 

SSU kb4515530 should be installed alone first

 

@Enthousiast , I installed windows10.0-kb4517245-x64.cab and I'm still on 18362.10015. why ?

 

I installed the updates with W10UI, still on 10015.

 

The 1909 enablement RP package doesn't bump the build to 18363 when already on the SLOW ring 10015 19H2 (atm) but on 10014 it will enable some features like the new explorer search box (found by @whatever127) on 10015 it doesn't.

hi to all. i tried to install latest rp insider updates manually but i got ar error. i instaled with dism successfully this: windows10.0-kb4515530-x64.
but when i tried to install windows10.0-kb4512941-x64 i got this: error: 0x800f0982
itried to delete SoftwareDistribution folder contents and made a restart but still the same error.
can anyone help me? thank you!!!
