I am on LTSC 1809 11763.805 and want to install a game that's requiring 18362.0 or higher, how do I update?
Hi, Two of my PCs running v1909 (.418) show the message below despite checking for updates and nothing found. Any advise? I've tried stopping wauserv service and clearing SoftwareDistribution directory and "clean" scanning for updates but no luck.
Thanks but as @Enthousiast said that that is still in RP for v1909 I'd rather wait for next month. I also used to install early updates manually but since MSFT botches every update nowadays I decided to wait 5-7 days before installing the latest one. I had a LOT of trouble when they F'ed up search and cortana used more than 50% CPU all the time.
It's an optional download for seekers on 1903, so the update is publicly available, but MSFT still claims RP status for 1909 on WU. It's not a new major build. 1909 = 1903 + 1909 EP + 18362.32x+ updates, so no need to wait for anything, there only will be new ssu/cu + flash and dotnetcu.
There should be a link somewhere, but only when you use autopilot, you need to install/integrate the cab file, but it seems they are removed from MSFT servers.
I already know what v1909 is thanks to you and this community and I'm already on it. I was just curious as to why was that yellow text showing up despite WU not showing any updates. I'll update only after a few days of general release of a CU after the outcry of bugs is reduced if any.
Can someone post the all latest updates needed for 1909. I find the overview confusing with dotnet CU's etc. and there is no W10UI progress posts with the latest dotnet and CU.
If you are already on 1909, just install the latest ssu/cu/.net/flash, if you are on 1903, add the kb4517245 to them Nothing is different between 1903 and 1909
