    in-place upgrades from LTSB/C to normal enterprise edition are officially supported.

    I manage to download KB4556813 and there is the same latest SSU (KB4550994) but i am waiting to see if there is a new Net Framework update , i am still using LTSB 2016 customized and i am happy for the moment .
