Appending an index adds it to the end of the indexes already inside the wim.

 

Hey, I just used "Dism /Image:\mount /Get-CurrentEdition" on both indexes and they both report this: "Current Edition : Enterprise". Professional is missing. What am I doing wrong?

build 19042.538 appears to be for amd64 (X64) systems only as it's not yet available for arm64 & x86/32bit platforms
I'll skip the .538 build and wait for a newer one that allows in-place upgrades

 

It's a preview cu mainly meant for ppipro only.

Can you define this a little more precisely or provide a link to an MSFT glossary that defines it?

Still didn't find the term "ppipro" at that link. But I did see a nice video of drawing on a surface. 'Suspicious that it has something to do with PPI Projection. 'Having trouble finding the ppipro acronym. I'll try not to lose sleep over it.

with the LTSB 2016 14393.3930 X86 I have quite a few problems that hang with the OOBE.
Updates went without problems with W10UI v8.7
