Thank you for answering. I have one more question. Doesn't it make sense to first mount, save and append the Pro image so a new index 2 is created, and then mount index 2 and upgrade just that index to Enterprise? By following the order of your steps, it is like having 2 indexes of Enterprise edition (because you already upgraded index 1 to Enterprise and then you made another copy of it. So now you have 2 of the same editions. At least that is how I think of it). Sorry if I am being confusing.
Hey, I just used "Dism /Image:\mount /Get-CurrentEdition" on both indexes and they both report this: "Current Edition : Enterprise". Professional is missing. What am I doing wrong?
build 19042.538 appears to be for amd64 (X64) systems only as it's not yet available for arm64 & x86/32bit platforms I'll skip the .538 build and wait for a newer one that allows in-place upgrades
Can you define this a little more precisely or provide a link to an MSFT glossary that defines it? ppipro? PPI-Projection?
Still didn't find the term "ppipro" at that link. But I did see a nice video of drawing on a surface. 'Suspicious that it has something to do with PPI Projection. 'Having trouble finding the ppipro acronym. I'll try not to lose sleep over it.
