Looks like the update is downloaded to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\aba6f2d86e6728966ea817838d8c5d55 -- I wonder if it's possible to try and manually install it to get rid of the error and get the 'no updates available' screen again. Otherwise we'll have to wait for them to fix it.
You don't need KB3081444. Delete everything from SoftwareDistribution/Downloads folder Reinstall / overwrite KB3081455. Reboot and check for updates. It will not ask for KB3081444.

Is the kb3095020 replacing the kb3081455? In the kb3095020 article says yes but windows updated, after installing the kb3095020, notifies to download the kb3081455!
