For those who don't know:
Starting with build 17661, WinPE and its related contents are released separately from the ADK.
To add WinPE to your ADK installation, download the WinPE ISO, and install it after installing the ADK.

MS made this change to enable easy post-RTM updates to tools in the ADK.

Anyone know how to get the inactive window border color dark NOT white? It really ruins my dark theme! I hope inactive window color option can be added.
