If this is true, they it will be a disaster for the customers. We buy the computer to use it, not to keep "updating" it. Modifying to the OS should be kept at a bare minimum, and should be security hot fix only. Any major feature update could then be released as a new build, and it's up to the users to upgrade to the new build (if they so desire) or keep using the build they are using (if they just want a working OS that fit their needs well).
I upgraded from 8.1 and win10 was activated and all nice, worked on it for like a day and the next day I did a clean install and it asked me for key and now the windows is not activated.. what did i do wrong?
BTW, I hate these stupid MBA CEOs who think they know what all other people want, and dump all their stuff down your throat. They seem to forget the almighty "if it's not broke don't fix it" rule.
i understand what your saying but am thinking out the box and hopefully in 5 days times ...? We are all saying to ourselves what the heck Microsoft it's taken you since 2012 to get things right as other competitors have been reaping in the rewards .. I have enjoyed the debate it has been truly fun ..? But Microsoft have gone beyond with some of the stuff they have come out with over the months and confused many people including myself to be openly honest with you .. But you need to look at the bigger picture and thank goodness this is the last OS they will be coming out with as this is like a real time OS compared to back in the day like Windows 7 / Vista / XP and this new platform is like Apples Iphone , Ipad and OSX platform software its just a service ..
Retail original copy... do I need to reintall win8 and then do the whole process again? but why it did not work?
MICRO$OFT.WINDOWS.10.PRO-CORE.RTM.10240.X64.OEMRET.ENGLISH.DVD-WZT what does mean this OEMRET : OEM & retail ? is it pro & core ?
it would have been less confusing if Microsoft would have just come out and said we are copying Apple / Google but we guarantee we are going to offer something better then the other competition .. but due to laws they have complicated things with everything ..
I did the same, except I have logged into MS account on the upgraded 10, not on the clean install afterwards and 10 activated by itself without entering any key actually. It probably created a unique hardware ID or something. I am going to try it without logging on the second PC soon.
oh, okay... anyway i managed to fix the problem.. KMSpico worked on it lol.. now i hope windows updates wont remove the activation
