Aren't there full non-eval ISOs available for LTSC 2019? I have one locally (en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_5795bb03.iso) which I'm pretty sure I've downloaded from this forum in the past. Yet through this maze of threads and posts linking to other threads and posts and websites, I can't find one anywhere on this forum. Edit : Hell I got so turned around trying to find an ISO on this forum that I actually had to check my profile to find this reply because I couldn't figure out what thread it was in. Friend can't build an ISO as suggested. He has an XP machine and a phone and that's it. He can use the phone to download a 4GB ISO then transfer it to the XP machine but not much else.

How do you use SVF to get the .iso you want? For example LTSC 2019 1809 17763.1? vs downloading the .iso for that iso? I want to learn... Normally, I have to find the full DL link for any .iso but seeing how you can do SVF to get iso too?

Hi, i think im not understanding something. i downloaded from official microsoft website "17763.107.101029-1455.rs5_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_LTSC_EVAL_x64FRE_it-it.iso", then i downloaded "it_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_2fa02691.exe" from Enthousiast mega folder, i placed both files in a folder and when i run the patch, nothing happens except a little box saying "extracting" for like two seconds. what am i missing?
