I think it looks much better then anything MS will ever do, I like all the personalization aspects as well, having the choice to fully customize the colors of the backgrounds and give it a nice dark look, this is what MS need to do, give us more personalization options and something nice to look at, instead of forcing their ugly UI down our throats.
