Unfortunately all languages have to be included for the integration to work. And Apps integration has been included in @abbodi1406's latest uup-converter v79, with other improvements.
Thanks for explaining the current situation. I do appreciate all the effort gone into making it work, especially when Microsoft keeps changing the ISO UUP process. I am hopeful with these comments by (Abbodi1406) "the idea is follow the usual conversion process UUP dump will be updated soon to include/download Apps files with normal editions download all will be located in UUPs folder" [UPDATE] - abbodi1406 has updated the download script file from uupdump to include both the apps & install files into one script.
