This month's CU for x86 did not install. It reverts back to the August CU. Will try x64 next.

No, there is no official ISO available. Of course, everyone can make her/his own, but the result is called Homebrew and not allowed to be shared here.

Did you install bypass v9 with all pre-requisite updates before trying to install the nov Rollup ESU update ?

 

Yes

 

First make sure that Oct SSU kb4580970 is installed on the system before trying to install Nov Rollup ESU. Otherwise Nov rollup will probably fail to install.

 

KB4580970 is installed.

I downloaded the Nov rollup from the catalogue and installed it manually myself--and it worked!

Don't understand why Windows Update is malfunctioning (several times).
